Doki Doki Literature Club! is a free-to-play visual novel about the journey of a young high school boy as he joins an afterschool Literature Club. The club is full of cute girls with different personalities, basically a harem. Choose who you want to be with to eventually ‘woo’ them in the future.
Now, I know what you might be thinking. “This sounds like generic trash, what does this visual novel do that makes it stand out from the thousands of other visual novels currently available?”
I won’t blame you if you think that way since the cover art screams ‘generic dating visual novel’. I’ll admit that I avoided this game like the plague because it seemed too generic at first, but the attention and press it got was too big to not take a stab at it.
After playing it, I learned that you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover.
Have you ever felt that your PC couldn’t run any modern games?
Your FPS is still low even though you’ve set all the graphics settings to the lowest and done tweaks that should’ve increased it?
Well, you don’t have to do any of that anymore.
I’ve made this list for people out there who are struggling to play modern games with decent FPS and want spectacular video games that don’t need any major graphics tweaking for it to run on your low-spec PC.
Blood, Guts, and Gore. The holy trinity of video game violence. The backbone of violent video games.
It’s a staple to most mature-rated video games, but some video games took violence to new heights, with a tremendous amount of blood, gore and screaming.
This list is from my personal experience with these video games. I’m sure there are more disturbing video games out there like Sad Satan and other obscure titles. But I didn’t include those titles on the list because I never played and experienced them personally.
This list contains minor spoilers for the listed video games.
